If you're not completely satisfied with P90X, simply return P90X within 90 days for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, but keep the Ab Ripper X routine and the 3-Phase Nutrition Plan as our free gift just for trying P90X.
If you received your order, and noticed a damaged DVD, product, or item, please contact us within 30 days so that we may help you with obtaining a replacement. For P90X, please contact us within 90 days, and we will respond to you just as soon as possible.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY)
1. Contact us to obtain an RA (return authorization) number.
2. Returns without an RA # cannot be accepted so please be sure to email for an RA number.
3. Write your RA # on the front of your packing slip. Enclose your packing slip or a legible photocopy thereof in the shipping carton.
4. Mail the product back to Beachbody within the guarantee period using the return label provided on the packing slip. (The label may also state Million Dollar Body).
5. Keep the receipt and make sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
7. Refunds for properly returned product will be processed within 7-10 business days following receipt of the package by Beachbody (Million Dollar Body).
8. Please send a return tracking number, using the same support ticket used to request an RA number. This will ensure you receive a credit for your return.
