For our returning customers, you have probably noticed a BIG change in our website. We have moved the entire website over to a new e-commerce platform. This change, while somewhat time consuming, was made to better service our customers. Not only have we provided you with a “smarter” way to shop, we have also introduced several new areas. Eat Smart is just one of them. In the coming weeks, months, and beyond, you will be able to return to this section of the website for a wealth of information.

We plan on sharing many ways to Get FIT and Stay FIT. Making the decision to live a healthier lifestyle is hard work. There are no magic pills to getting in shape, but there are ways to make it more fun, easier, and smarter. When people decide to get in shape, they try to eat healthy (although they may not know how) and then they start walking or running around the block. Although this may be a great start, let us help you Get Fit by introducing ways to do this better and smarter. If you are going to work hard, why not work hard with methods and programs that truly work. Most people that try on their own fail out of frustration, disappointment, and boredom. With our free coach support for our customers, you have a place to turn when this happens!
