WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A SHIPPING AND TRACKING EMAIL?
If you placed an order, please allow a minimum of 24 - 48 hours for payment processing and packaging. Then apply your "good faith" estimate shipping time, depending on your selection, Ground or 2nd Day. If this time elapses, and you have not received your order or have not received a shipping confirmation email, it could be that your order is in short supply and slightly delayed. After this time, contact us, and we will investigate the status of your order and report back to you. Please include your order number and name in your email. Before contacting us, you may also wish to check your junk mail or bulk mail file for any missed email.
