T-Rex Fitness.com is an independently owned company and distributor of Beachbody products. This website is owned and operated by a Team of Beachbody Coaches, and as such, both sell and use their products. We have chosen to use their products, and have had great success in doing so since 2005. Statements, comments, and suggestions made by T-Rex Fitness are our own, and in no way affiliated with Beachbody's opinions and policy.

As a distributor of Beachbody products, everything we sell at this store are factory direct, brand new items, just as you would receive by ordering directly from the company. The orders are shipped directly from Beachbody. On occasion they are shipped directly from Extremely-Fit inventory, however, those items will still be brand new items, never used. You will receive the same customer service as you would if ordering directly from the company. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Above all else, we want you to focus on your exercise and nutrition, and not have to worry about the details. Beachbody products come with a 30-day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and are within your guarantee period, please follow the Return instructions below. You must go through T-Rex Fitness on all product returns, please do contact Beachbody, as they do not hold any of your account information.

E-mails normally receive a response within 1 business day, but may take 2 days. However, most of our customers are surprised at the quick email response. METHODS OF PAYMENT:
All major credit cards are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express or other credit cards. You can pay by Paypal with or without an account, and it's free to use. If you have an account with Paypal, you can also pay with your checking or savings directly from your account.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY)

1. Email us at support@t-rexfitness.com to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. S&H is not refundable.

2. You should have received a return label inside the package. Place this label on the outside of the box.

3. Mail the product back to Beachbody / Million Dollar Body within the guarantee period using the return label provided on the packing slip.

4. S&H is not refundable, keep the receipt and make sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package.

5. A return tracking number is required. Return carrier does not matter, as long as the package can be tracked.

6. Do not send the product C.O.D. It will not be accepted.

7. Please email support@t-rexfitness.com the tracking number, this will ensure you receive a credit for your purchase.
