Which Workout Is Right For Me?
If you're new to Beachbody workouts, or new to fitness, this page may help. Our intentions are to give you a place to start by categorizing our fitness programs by fitness level. For your convenience, we have a "Shop by Fitness Category" to your left. Below we give you a brief explanation of each category. After reading each category description below, select the appropriate category to your left. Good luck with your program, and remember, all of our customers get free coach support.
Getting Started Workouts
Designed to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. These programs are designed for weight loss, and those just starting their fitness journey.Express Workouts
These programs are great for people just getting started. They are also perfect for busy people who need to squeeze in an effective workout in 35 minutes or less. You may not see weight loss as quickly as the other programs, however, consistency will help you reach your fitness goals. We firmly believe that any form of activity is better than no form of activity. Also, you can stack these workouts for a greater challenge as time allows, and faster results.Intermediate Workouts
The fitness programs are perfect for those that have just completed one of the workouts above. They are also a perfect choice for those that have been working out consistently for 2 months or more with any fitness program, whether Beachbody or otherwise.Advanced Workouts
Consider an advanced workout program if you have completed one of our getting started workouts or intermediate level workouts. This is also a good choice if you have been working out consistently for 6 months or more.Extreme Workouts
Our most intense and challenging programs to get you absolutely ripped. These programs are designed for those individuals that have been working out hard for the last several months. It is not generally recommended to start with these programs. However, there are always exceptions.
